This is most probably the best website I have found this year. (For the iPhone/iTouch)
Just go to: http://iappcat.com/ register and start selecting the apps you want to install on your iTouch. Add your repo and away you go.
The basic idea is to create your own repo with all the stuff you. It is really easy and the selection of apps is almost limitless.
